Casey Jones Restaurant?

I%26#39;m told we%26#39;re going to Casey Jones Restaurant this Saturday for lunch. Has anyone been there? Is it good?

Casey Jones closed down in 2007. Have they reopened? I tried calling the number listed, but got no answer. There are some other good spots in Long Branch, try Tuzzio%26#39;s for Italian or Charley%26#39;s Ocean Grill for everything else.

I will post back with my findings so this thread won%26#39;t be open-ended.

Apparently the restaurant went bankrupt and was sold in August of 2007 to a city taxicab business for $1.45 million.

I called today at noon and there was no answer. Who knows what%26#39;s there now...?

Time to look into LuvBreezes%26#39; recommendations!

Casey Jones has now reopened! Under new ownership, whole new scene. Now offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, and 24 hours on the weekends!

Food is great, service is terrific, and you should try it again!

Owners are really trying to bring back an old classic, with twists on the food offerings. Great people.
