Total Rewards credit card

I just got the TR cc. I will be using it for online purchases, grocery shopping and any monthly bills I have. Plus, obviously, I will be using when I go to AC. I will not be keeping a balance so the interest rate is not a factor. My question is to those of you who use it, is it worth it and what kinds of rewards do you get?

We%26#39;ve had one for almost 2 yrs now. It helps your rewards balance go up which in turn helps your comps that you can use towards food etc. The interest rate isn%26#39;t high at all. It also keeps your points alive as long as you charge something every 3 or 6 mos.

IMO, its not worth it for me. I rarely use it.

when we get older we learn to use cash only.

i know my brother in law uses for his business so he probably gets more comp dollars from the credit card than his gambling, i hardly use it so the benefits is negligible.

When we got older we learned to pay off balances every month and use credit wisely, LOL. Not sure why someone would want to use cash as they get older, so many great rewards come from using CC%26#39;s.

The TR card can be good if you don%26#39;t get to a casino and want to keep your reward credits ';alive'; longer than 6 months.

My reason for not using it is that they take my comps for RFB/LFB, so I use another card that I have for a different benefit (not casino related).

I like AMEX for the cashback! But, my neighbors really like the TR card because they don%26#39;t gamble as often as we do, so they like to charge something if they are getting close to their comps expiring and keep them safe.

Mine are never sitting around for months!!

I mostly use my husband%26#39;s diamond card to play and only use my gold card once in awhile. The TR cc is under my name so if we are LFB/RFB they don%26#39;t touch my RC%26#39;s since we book the room with my husband%26#39;s card. So it is worth it, since my husband also uses the cc for his business.

weve had ours about a year,just had them lower the rate after paying it off completly. figured if and when im using a card may as well have a casno on it haha.
