how did you find out you were lfb or rfb?

yup another dreaded ,beat to death lfrb question.

I am assuming its as much about your adt score than anything. but on several post i saw where ppl found out about it at check in? used to have a host at ceasars but im sure he dropped me like a hot potatoe when i didnt go for several months,but i mostly play at harrahs. ran up a pretty good tier score on a 2 day trip ,zero to 4400 . does it ever show up in your offers page? or if you recieve a host will the letter from him/her tell you or should i just email harrahs?

how did you find out you were lfb or rfb?

Hi. We are LFB fairly often. I can tell when I book my room on line. If it displays a tax charge for my comp room, I can assume I am not LFB.If no 13.00 charge appears, I assume I am LFB. To be certain, I will always call the reservations number before we head down and just confirm my reservation and ask them if we are LFB. Upon check-in, I usually verify with front desk and then charge everything back to the room. During my stay, I will check my TV and be certain that those charges have not hit my account and to date, the only issue I ever had was at Caesars and it was 100 percent understood. We went to the Asian resturant for dinner and had just a wee bit too much sake (it sneaks up on you very fast!) and decided it would be best to head to the room so not to make fools of ourself. We checked out in the morning and needless to say, that dinner was not picked up. I don%26#39;t blame them, we did not play at all that night and I just used the comps in my account. My husbands(Platnium) comp balance had been depleted from the last trip( LFB) but they never touch mine even though my account is listed as second account in room.

how did you find out you were lfb or rfb?

My on line reservations usually show the tax but we have been lfb on all our recent trips. We always call or ask at check in.

Have had no problems at Bally%26#39;s, Showboat or Harrah%26#39;s but both times at Caesar%26#39;s charges showed up on our bill (we had pulled our comps). First time a few months back - no problem - charges were taken care of with a phone call to reservation desk. Last time two weeks ago they would not remove a bar charge from the WWW. Really got the run around ... called reservations and told to call billing, billing said to call a host. Host never returned my call and we ended up checking out early for other reasons and paid the bill with comps from another account since I was tired fighting the fight. Front desk tried to explain to me some bs that we needed to have a comp balance to deduct the charges from .... I asked if that was the case, then what was point of lfb?, but didn%26#39;t get an answer.

a1 .... I guess the answer is to phone in your reservations and ask then. With that tier score over two days you should at least get lfb. We usually have a score of 1400 a day playing slots and vp.

hey thanks. I knew this question is as worn out as where where to stay???? . but looking for some incentive. more often than not we only go on those flight/room deals(junkets) so we dont usually book online or use the regular check in counter( junket company handles both for you) but yeah id definetly check in maybe at the players club or host desk befor my next trip. thanks.

';I can tell when I book my room on line. If it displays a tax charge for my comp room, I can assume I am not LFB';

I don%26#39;t think the above post is accurate. I see a 13/night charge when I book my comp room, but have been LFB or RFB EVERY time. I just call and ask, they always happily tell me. I confirm at check-in. Never been a problem or mix-up, and that 13/night never shows up on my card, they absorb it for me.

Yikes. I may have been LFB and not even known it! Sorry for the wrong scoop and thanks for the info. I am going tonight and its showing 13.00 charge so I%26#39;ll give a call on the way down and find out Maybe I%26#39;ll have LFB tonight!

does it show up on that little slip you get at check in,the one you use to charge stuff to your room? i usually only go on those het junkets so usually i dont go to the regular check in desk. maybe ill just call when im going next time.

I don%26#39;t think there is anything on the slip to indicate it. Other than your name, room tower/number, the only other things are your card status ,( for example, DIA )and method of deposit on the room,( for example FMC or FVS )

If they don%26#39;t tell you at check-in, ask. Harrah%26#39;s has always told us.

I would never have known if it wasn%26#39;t for this forum board. I asked on my next trip and I was. Now that I get rfb I notice they tell me as soon as I check in.

We always reserve on line and there is no way to know there. Only because of this forum did we know to ask on check in and frankly looking back, we were probably lfb or rfb many times before but never knew (we paid no tax on check out several times and always wondered why...now we know!).
