Atlantic City Red?

I got to thinking more about this as I was driving into AC last Saturday night.

Is there a law that all AC casino signs on the boardwalk have to use the exact same shade of red for their sign?

I noticed Borgata, Harrahs and the Marina use whatever colors they want.

Will the new Revell also have to use ';Atlantic City'; red for their sign?

It seems like the law must law still be in effect or one of the casinos would have changed theirs long ago to stand out in the skyline.

The Chelsea is purple.

Red = winning color. That%26#39;s my guess. When it was built Bally%26#39;s Park Place Casino was carpeted in green. A few months later it was all red.

Rship - I remember that entrance Rship! I thought that was cool back in my visit there in the early 90%26#39;s....I recall how big that place was inside - seemed enormous compared to the AC casinos at the time....this is all before Harrah%26#39;s expanded and some others...

the green might have been in the irish leprachauns favor for luckiness.i remember resorts as blue.i think red stimulates you.

I still think it%26#39;s huge! 20min walk to the b~fast buffet! After the 1st day, I just wore my swimsuit to the b~fast buffet, b/c returning to my room and changing only subtracted 40min pooltime

due to the size, I am not going to stay there again, BUT I do love their b~fast buffet, mmm, eggs benedict
