Tropicana Hotel Rooms

I am going to Ac and staying at the Tropicana from may10th-12th My wife and I are going for our 1yr anniversary. I want to get he a nice suite... Any Suggestions on how I can do that and not pay out the butt for it. Also any suggestions on any other type of comps I can get my hands on.

Tropicana Hotel Rooms

the only way to get a comped suite is to gamble, if you are gamblers it is not a big deal, if not, it may be cheaper to just pay for it. the fact that you are staying sun/mon night works in you favor.

Tropicana Hotel Rooms

we are gamblers...the only problem is we have not been in almost a year. We do havea really good deal we are getting both nights for 6o bucks plus $25dollars back in Food but I just wanted to get a Sutie for my wife. We used to get offers fro free rooms and comp stuff all the time but since we havent been there in almost a year....

Beware Tropicana!

I have 2 words for you: Bed Bugs

one could always ask for an upgrade on checkin, and tell the person you%26#39;re on anniversary, and offer a tip.

WE have never had a problem with the tropicana...in any way.

What type of suite are you looking for? and how much are you willing to pay? I go to the Trop once a month and they offer me mini oceanfront suites in the South Tower. Rooms 86,87,88,89,90 are all the same. They are 600 sq ft and are great for two people.

Any suite that has a nice bathroom and is bigger than a normal room... Ocean suite would be nice

See is they can give you suite #66 in the South Tower for an extra fee per night. What I mean by 66 the room number on the floor. If you are on floor 10 the room would be 1066. If you are on floor 15 it would be 1566. These are over 1000 sq ft, are full oceanfront, have large living rooms, the have wet bars, and I think they have two bathrooms.

Ok I wil try that but just incase do they have smaller suites...

Well the mini ocean front suites in the South Tower are like I said are 600 sq ft. These are more like a small studio than a suite. These do not have big bathrooms but are big enough for 2 people. In the South Tower they also have suites that are 800 sq ft and have separate living rooms/ dining rooms, but again the bathrooms are rather small. The North Tower have tons of suites. I stayed in room #703 in that tower in summer of 2008 it was about 800 sq ft had a living room/ wet bar, bedroom, and large bathroom but the room was very dirty and poorly maintained (only 5 out of 18 lights worked). If you want to try one of those maybe go for one on a different floor.
